Memory Theater directed by Bérangère Maia Natasha Parizeau, unravels the true story of her mother, Claudette Jean-Gilles, who was the sole survivor of a plane accident on January 22, 1966. That day in Haiti, 100 people died. The director sensitively penetrates and reveals the visceral textures of her mother’s memory.  Memory Theater was produced in 2006, forty years after her mother's survival. The movie is in French with English and Mandarin subtitles.
