You are literally stardust. You are light. Free to move out of your body, you are eternal, an infinite divine consciousness. This digital painting is inspired by my angel birth, my first TRULY mystical experience under DMT spell, summer 2005 in San Francisco, California. During this experience I was shown secrets of the universe. Visions appeared in colours similar to those in this digital video still. It was a divinely feminine experience.
Abstract
This study on the topic of China’s freshwater and health crisis investigates the nexus of China’s political culture, legislative body, and judiciary, as it relates to environmental protection, policy coordination, and enforcement capacity. This synthesis must be understood within the context of China’s pollution of epic proportion, neoliberal market fundamentalism, the possibility of climate collapse, and human extinction. This essay enlightens to the ecological and health implications of unsustainable global consumption patterns on China’s population and on a planetary scale. This scholarly essay includes observations on China’s ecological traditions, water management in early Chinese societies, as well as a spell on the dragon mythos ritual-narrative. This analysis unravels the complexity of China’s challenges in light of the country’s recent history, political economy, state corporatism, geopolitical reality, emerging judiciary, intensity of the pollution in the context of the urgency of the country’s biodiversity loss, desertification, water scarcity, and serious threats of climate change. This essay offers an overview of the ethical role and responsibility of the World Trade Organization (WTO) as corporate water stewardship within the international trade regulatory system. In addition, the following water management issues are analyzed: lake water eutrophication; groundwater depletion; the North-South water transfer project; the Three Gorges Dam; and transnational hydro-politics. This investigation applies Dr. Pitman B. Potter’s theoretical approach of ‘Coordinated Compliance’ to the intersection of international trade and environmental protection. Finally, policy recommendations derived from Dr. Ernst-Ulrich Petersmann’s theoretical investigation of international trade law, human rights, and ethics are incorporated into this macro-analysis. My artwork, experimental films, and scholarly reflections emerge from a deep curiosity and fascination with the boundlessness of the human spirit, the limitlessness of the cosmic universe, the mythological, the spiritual, the exploration of my EARTH LIGHT body which emanates from infinity (this is the realm of the MYSTERY, the wildest imagination), as well as a real concern for our beautiful planet MOTHER EARTH. The premise of this heuristic body of work is that the current planetary crises are crises in human consciousness, crises of the humanity group soul/spirit. As an environmental advocate and consciousness activist, my work intends to intentionally participate in redesigning culture, the intentional participation in designing a post-growth ecological culture (this is the creative process of redesigning culture) for an ecologically sustainable and spiritually thriving planetary future. My intention is to shed light on the sacred multidimensional ways in which we potentiate the power of our consciousness. This body of work is a prayer to humanity to align our mind and hearts, to raise the power of our hearts, to develop methods and technologies to go inward towards the complexities and awareness of our individual connection to Source We are the Rainbow Warriors. If the world is indeed participatory, we manifest/dream this world into existence. Indeed, dear friends... a colourful future is ours to create! Archives
